As Managing Director of Jolen Consulting, Kevin works with corporate clients to develop and execute strategic communication initiatives. He focuses on making them profitable with the most cost-efficient and cost-effective means, creatively utilizing a vast spectrum of communications tools and techniques.
Prior to co-founding Jolen Consulting, Kevin had hands-on experience with organizing special events, including leveraging partnerships with local business associations, Embassies, NGOs and private sector corporations.
He also orchestrated groundbreaking marketing and sales programs for companies like Buffalo Tours, SangYong Motors, American International Group (Singapore) and Rainbow Homes Appliances.
A native of Mauritius with bilingual skills in English and French, Kevin gained his expertise in Asian markets after working in Singapore and now Vietnam collectively for more than a decade.
As General Manager of Jolen Consulting, Phuong lends strategic PR and marketing counsel to the agency’s clients through expertise gained from working with an extensive portfolio of both multinational and local companies in Vietnam. In addition, Phuong oversees the company’s day-to-day operation including client service quality control.
Prior to co-founding Jolen Consulting, Phuong joined Savills Vietnam’s Corporate Communication department and was previously Group Account Manager at T&A Communications where she handled Finance/Banking, Aviation and Industrial accounts.
A Vietnamese native with fluent English skills, Phuong brings to Jolen Consulting an in-depth knowledge of social issues and a keen eye for creativity. Phuong graduated from the College of Social Science and Humanities (Hanoi, Vietnam) with a major in International Studies. She also holds a Master’s degree in Professional Communication at the University of Sydney (Australia).
As Business Development Director of Jolen Consulting, Adrian develops relations with clients and works actively with them to deliver results. His strength is in developing business strategies and solutions after defining the needs, goals and limitations of the clients. What occupies his time is performing analytical work related to market research and providing competitive intelligence services.
Adrian’s personal history has provided him with a global perspective in business.
Originally from Singapore, Adrian spent 9 years in Taiwan, 2 years in Australia and 5 years in Vietnam. After studying in several international and American schools, Adrian graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the National University of Singapore (NUS). He also holds a Master of Science (MSc) in International Political Economy (IPE) from the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS) at Nanyang Technological University (Singapore).
