    • Invite well-known local moderator for the panel discussion as event hook
    • Carefully plan pre-event media briefing with full information of Transition Systems and its vendors who will participate in the event

    • Low awareness of the Transition Systems in Vietnam market, leading to difficulty in attracting good quality attendees and media attention

    • Developed an interactive seminar agenda
    • Invited both business & tech media including broadcast to interview Transition Systems reps and some key vendors

    • Invited Dr. Nguyen Quang A, a well known local IT figure, to moderate the panel discussion
    • Generated media coverage by 8 outlets including 3 TV clips and in-depth interviews with vendors in well-known tech publications
